John M Mannino à quant à lui reçu son diplôme de cuisine avec les honneurs de l’Institute of America. Il a été chef exécutif de la Bodega et du 456 Fish avant l’ouverture de Mannino’s. John M a également remporté en 2012 le prix de l’Inaugural Taste of Hamptonroads Iron, qui met plusieurs chefs en compétition.
