The restaurant’s ambiance is a perfect fusion of the jungle-inspired Amazon theme and sleek, modern design, creating a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere. The dim lighting and lush greenery made for an intimate setting that felt both exotic and inviting. One of the best things about Amazonia Nikkei is that it doesn’t feel like you're in Miami Lakes. The atmosphere and vibe make you feel like you’re dining in Brickell or Las Olas. It's truly a hidden gem in this area. My husband and I are regulars and go here weekly, especially on Mondays for their all-you-can-eat special. You can taste the freshness in the quality of the fish. Nico, the owner, is constantly looking for ways to reinvent the rolls, and he has done an amazing job. The sushi is incredible, and the service is also great. Jorge is amazing and always makes sure we have an exceptional experience. The drink menu also deserves special mention. From innovative cocktails with tropical flavors to a well-curated selection of wines, everything complements the meal perfectly. Overall, Amazonia Nikkei is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience a unique blend of flavors in an extraordinary setting.

A nice, quiet, non-casual restaurant. The setting sun through the front window was a little uncomfortable for a bit, but otherwise, a nice dining experience. The bar selection was good, the service was attentive without being overly intrusive, and the food was delicious. Although a bit more pricey than a regular night out, worth the money spent for a special occasion.
