The staff are warm and welcoming. The food is delicious. Excellent value for money. I'll never cook a Sunday lunch at home again! Excellent service & excellent food in a warm & cosy environment. The White Lion is my new favourite place 😍

Service was excellent and perfectly timed. Food was perfect. The Sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, and the flavours in every element of the dish were perfectly balanced, the same can be said for the shepherds pie (from the specials menu). The selection of drinks and food is unlike anywhere else - we will definitely be returning!

Enjoyed a chicken sunday dinner. It was delicious and hot. I only gave 4 stars as the gravy boat was small and had to ask for more scrumptuos gravy. Other than that fabulous
