We are a family owned modern Italian restaurant and bar run by the proprietor Joe Lynch and his son Ryan Lynch. The name Con Amici comes from the Italian family and friends dining ethos which translates to eating with friends where families and close friends come together to have a meal around a table whether it is at home or in a restaurant, making it a big event.     Great range of very tasty food. Fish pie particularly good. Vegetarian food good but choice a little limited. This would prevent my husband returning in the near future.

    Our 4th visit since the new owners took over the Piccadilly, and didn’t disappoint. We’ve enjoyed the wonderful a la carte menu previously, but on this occasion we fancied popping in midweek for the Burger & Pint offer. We both chose the beef burger - really thick burger, succulent rarebit sauce, tomato, salad, caramelised onion, all in a shiny golden brioche bun. 10/10 for the burger, as well as the skin-on fries and sauce on the side. Will come again for the offer to try the other burgers. Service was great, music level just right.

    Lunchtime visit. Staff attentive but not intrusive. Offered drinks whilst perusing the menu. Food was excellent, 2 pizzas and a King Prawn Risotto with coffee to follow. Have eaten here before as a family and larger groups and service and food are always excellent. Would definitely recommend.

    Went for Sunday dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back.
