Our server, Delmer I believe, was excellent.tTe walnut Manhattan was delicious! French onion soup was a bit salty, but otherwise flavorful and cheesy. Margherita pizza was great. Salads were bigger than expected. The skyline cocoa presentation was outstanding!

Our party of 5 dined on Wednesday, October. 29th. We ordered and shared a number of dishes which were mostly excellent! Included were orders of Brussel Sprouts, Roasted Fingerlings, Mashed Potatoes, and Sautéed Mushrooms. All were excellent. One person ordered the Mushroom Risotto, which was also excellent. Our only disappointment was the 42 oz. Ribeye, which was priced at $147. It is meant to be shared as we ordered it for 4 of our diners. It is portion cut at the table by the server. Unfortunately, it was overdone. That would be our only disappointment. The service was excellent as was the ambience. Our biggest complaint was the addition of a $15.39 "Service Charge" on a tab of $513.00. Really! This tactic, even though a relatively small charge, leaves a bad taste in the customers mouth. How irritated would we have been had our bill totaled $528.39? Stop the "nickel and diming"!

Great food, great service and a ringside seat for a fabulous fireworks display as part of Oglebayfest! The wait staff was terrific, we loved the shrimp and grits, and the outdoor patio was perfect. So far, best restaurant at the Oglebay resort. We’ll be back.

We were disappointed to find the dining room and Glass Grill being renovated, but were pleasantly surprised to find this option available. Our dinner was very good and we had a very nice waitress. Good service and nice and quiet.
