I grew up in Delhi when I was a child - the smells and sights of the street food markets there were simply staggering. A new scent was drifting across the air from every direction; everywhere was glowing and vibrant, and people all around were eating and chattering away.Delhi is a melting pot of lots of different people from all over India. And so the street food in Delhi is an amalgamation of many different cooking styles from around the country, with some influences from western cuisine thrown in for good measure. JAZU is our idea of a good night out. It is an intimate and informal space, with a DJ booth and bespoke sound-system. There's a varied music programme, a disco ball, and a bit of dancing after dark. There are serious drinks and a selection of quality bar snacks.The food menu is a combination of small plates and larger 'main course' style dishes designed to be eaten at a slow pace and shared.
