"Gaffel am Dom" est une brasserie typiquement rhénane : savoureuse, confortable et, comme c'est le cas pour les Rhénans, positive, joyeuse, avec beaucoup de soleil dans le cœur. En entrant dans la salle, la Gaffel am Dom se montre sous son meilleur jour.
