Directly opposite Cologne Cathedral, the Hanse Stube offers innovative French cuisine with regional influences. The gourmet restaurant has been awarded several prizes for its excellent cuisine and first-class service. Chef Joschua Tepner prepares unique taste experiences. His menu pays homage to both tradition and innovation. The Hanse Stube team provides excellent service and pampers its guests; head waiter Franz-Georg van Hall personally carves at the guests’ table and sommelier Robert Demers finds a wine to pair with any style of food. The interior of the Hanse Stube is characterized by timeless elegance with cozy sofa corners, filigree wooden chairs and various contemporary and historical paintings on the wood-paneled walls. The two side rooms, "Mirror Salon" and "Fish Salon", can be booked exclusively for small banquets.

Laissez-vous tout simplement aller chez nous. "Gaffel am Dom" est une brasserie typiquement rhénane : savoureuse, confortable et, comme c'est le cas pour les Rhénans, positive, joyeuse, avec beaucoup de soleil dans le cœur. En entrant dans la salle, la Gaffel am Dom se montre sous son meilleur jour. On y retrouve l'ambiance chaleureuse avec des espaces ouverts et animés ainsi que des coins confortables qui invitent à s'attarder harmonieusement. La carte propose principalement des plats régionaux et saisonniers. Outre la Kölsch la plus populaire de la gastronomie rhénane, on y sert également la Gaffel Wiess, douce et naturellement pure, à la pression. Les nombreux clients profitent également de l'atmosphère particulière du Gaffel am Dom en dehors du carnaval : lors de nombreux événements comme par exemple le Brings Brauhausrock ou encore l'ambiance du Südkurven lors des retransmissions télévisées de la Bundesliga.
