Momoyama is a restaurant located inside the Seishin Oriental Hotel. The restaurant occupies the top floor of the hotel, and so guests here are treated to a sweeping view of the Kobe city skyline. In addition to the main dining area, there are also three types of private dining areas that guests can reserve or request. The food served at Momoyama is derived from the Japanese tradition of kaiseki, a multicourse meal. Some of Momoyama's dishes include smoked salmon with foie gras jelly and cream cheese, cucumber persimmon trout, boiled Guji crab and Yakizana abalone in a Japanese style gratin.

Teppanyaki Gojozaka is one of four restaurants located inside the Seishin Oriental Hotel. Visitors who wish to get a table here do not have to be guests of the hotel, as the restaurant is open to the public. What's nice about Teppanyaki Gojozaka being located in the same hotel as three other restaurants is that they actually borrow dishes from one other. Guests at Teppanyaki Gojozaka during lunch will find they are also able to order the seafood options from Momoyama.
