The Grill is our version of a contemporary steakhouse reimagined highlighting the very best of the finest ingredients hailing out of the Rocky Mountain region through modern technique and innovative comfort. Everett’s 8800 is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu for $155 per guest or a six-course tasting menu for $225, for both lunch and dinner through February 18th.Beginning February 19th, Everett's will be offering an a la carte menu for both lunch and dinner, and the tasting menu will no longer be available. Updated menus will be available soon. If you have any questions, please reach out via email to everetts8800@bigskyresort.comEverett’s 8800 is located at the top of Andesite Mountain and is accessible via the Ramcharger 8 chairlift. A valid lift pass or scenic ride pass is required to access Ramcharger during lunch. Lift access is included with dinner reservations.
