The Broken Bit c'est... Un steakhouse american classique de style cowboy offrant une expérience culinaire unique qui combine une cuisine américaine contemporaine avec une touche de la côte ouest. The Broken Bit utilise uniquement du boeuf vieilli sans hormones et sans antibiotiques Black Angus certifié USDA.
