We do have a lot of fun at Georgia Sea Grill, but we take our commitment to the freshest ingredients very seriously. That's why we grow our own. Only by sourcing our favorite vegetables, fruits and herbs right here at our own Potlikker farm can we be absolutely assured that we are serving nothing but the freshest, healthiest seasonal flavors. Once perfectly-plated with locally-sourced seafood, beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or our own Satilla Ponds farm-raised catfish, you will see and taste the difference that locally-grown brings to the table.

Le Halyards on St. Simons redéfinit la cuisine de l'île depuis 16 ans. L'ambiance est décontractée et élégante (mobilier confortable de salon dans la cour et sous l'auvent), l'accueil chaleureux, le service impeccable et attentionné, la cave à vin vaste, le bar confortable et trendy. Le menu qui change avec les saisons est l'œuvre du chef/propriétaire Dave Snyder. Il est audacieux, créatif et savoureux. Dave rôde dans la salle lorsqu'il ne pêche pas votre repas, afin de s'assurer que vous vous régalez.
