The Four Seasons, which was the first restaurant in Staffordshire to attain 3 rosettes in 2015, champions first class produce from specialist suppliers backed by sustainable and humane farming methods. Great use is made of the abundance of vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in our own Victorian walled garden and estate-reared venison and rare-breed lamb features on the menu from time to time. Tasting and Vegetarian Tasting menus are offered alongside a Prix Fixe a la carte selection Tuesday to Saturday, whilst on Sundays there is a traditional Sunday lunch menu. A "4 for £40" tasting menu is available Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well as Friday and Saturday lunchtimes. With a variety of food choices, this is a great place to visit. We went mid week and it was quite busy but the service was great. Reasonably priced and excellent food.

Absolutely wonderful. We had our wedding reception here 9 years ago and when we were gifted a voucher as a Christmas present we decided to use it for afternoon tea close to our anniversary. It was perfect and brought back some amazing memories. Beautiful location and building. The staff are fantastic and the food is delicious. Great experience.
