Le chef Ian Winslade et le chef de cuisine Ricky Navas créent des menus américains de saison avec de petites assiettes à partager, les meilleures salades et entrées, notamment les crevettes du golf & gruau, le steak de saumon, la truite de Géorgie, le poulet rôti, les steaks et l'hamburger du Murphy's. Notre boulangerie fabrique son propre pain et ses desserts. Notre magasin de vin au détail vend quant à lui des vins d'exception pour vos repas, au verre comme à la bouteille à un bon rapport qualité/prix et organise des dégustations de vin le mardi. La décoration combine des murs en briques apparentes avec des portes de café français, divisant les tables en espaces calmes pour vous permettre de discuter tranquillement, aussi bien à l'intérieur de la salle à manger confortable que sur la terrasse.
