Our hero ingredients are dry-rubbed or marinated, and then cooked “low n’ slow” for up to 18 hours over a blend of wood chips to maximise flavour and emphasise depth.OUR ORIGINSBarkley’s barbecue is a nod to an old pal of ours who grew up in Missouri, USA. Bon moment passé dans ce cadre merveilleux plein de féerie. Pour autant l’affluence des lieux occasionne un brouhaha permanent qui, à la longue, peut être dérangeant voir fatiguant. Le service est rapide et les plats et boissons sont originaux et très «instagrammables ». La qualité des produits utilisés est dans une fourchette haute. A recommander sans modération.

Un superbe endroit, un peu bruyant mais agréable. Le personnel est agréable même si nous avons du attendre nos boissons qui sont arrivées au milieu du repas malgré une commande en début de service. Je recommande
