Joe's Shanghai selected the 59th Sky Restaurant Floor of the Ikebukuro Sunshine building as the stage to make its Japan debut, and after undergoing renovations in 2009 it opened its doors on December 18 that same year. The floor also houses Japanese, French and Italian restaurants, and offers an all-around high-end dining experience. Located on one of floor’s best areas with prime views, Joe's Shanghai offers modern Chinese cuisine in a New York style luxury atmosphere amidst twinkling Swarovski crystal chandeliers designed by a famous designer. Here, you can enjoy the spectacular night views of Tokyo from the 59th floor, together with the finest healthy selection of Shanghai cuisine, including the shark-fin dishes and prime crab-meat dumplings loved by celebrities the world over.

Guests can dine on the freshest seafood available at Takewaka Ikebukuro in Tokyo, which has an attractive interior pool at the center of the room with a wrap-around counter. Takewaka Ikebukuro features multi-course kaiseki cuisine. Appetizers include fresh raw and cooked fish, vegetables fried kakiage style, tempura, shumai and crab croquettes. Hakata Dojo Takadanobaba in Tokyo serves regional cuisine based on the island of Kyushu using the teppanyaki type of iron griddle cooking. Merveilleux moment passé en famille avec des plats parfaitement préparés dans un cadre magnifique. Le Kobe beef était juste magique. Merci pour ce souvenir inoubliable. Personnel au top de la gentillesse. Vin et champagne très bons.

Chaque fois que viens à Tokyo depuis 20 ans je mange à ce restaurent. La vieille partie du restaurent à une ambiance de folie gourmande et je retrouve à tous les coups la nouvelle cuisine Japonais . Le Staff est efficace et courtois. Un des meilleur restaurent que je connais dans le monde. La nouvelle partie du restaurent est plus calme.
