Giardina's, l'un des restaurants les plus historiques du delta du Mississippi, a été fondé en 1936 par Joseph Giardina, à Greenwood, Mississippi. Un mélange unique de raffinement et de chaleur, Giardina's est le cadre idéal pour tout événement. Les places assises sont composées de quatorze salons privés et la grande salle à manger donne sur une cour magnifique. L'espace intérieur du restaurant ainsi que la cuisine ultramoderne ont été conçus par des architectes de renommée mondiale. Un effort considérable a été fait pour conserver le caractère et le charme de l'original Giardina's, mais les nappes blanches, le cristal fin et la coutellerie Viking de première qualité ajoutent une certaine élégance que l'on peut attendre d'un restaurant gastronomique dans une grande région métropolitaine.
