"I take inspiration from everything I ate in my childhood growing up in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Then I mix it up and put a new slant on it.

Canto 73 is a Supper Club in Islington, currently hosted at Fantail, 274B St. Paul's Road.Every Friday and Saturday at 19:30 we host a single sitting Supper Club, an evening of delicious food and wine focusing on seasonal ingredients from independent producers. The Supper Club is a casual but special evening of seven courses for £50 a head, enjoyed in an intimate setting where we take all decision making from you allowing you to spend proper time with friends and family. The Albion est un joyau géorgien depuis l'époque où Islington était constitué de champs et de terres agricoles, et où les habitués faisaient une promenade hors de la ville l'après-midi pour leur rendre visite. Le restaurant est doté d'un beau jardin qui ressemble à des endroits trouvés dans le sud de la France avec les glycines en fleur et le saule, ce qui crée une atmosphère agréable et relaxante. Dans le fond du jardin se tient une ancienne grange qui était autrefois un bar, et la rumeur est que les Sex Pistols ont joué leur premier concert dans cette grange.
