Owned and operated by first-generation Vietnamese-Americans, the cuisine is rooted in tradition with a focus on innovation, led by Executive Chef Caroline Hahm. The restaurant's signature dish, Pho Thin Hanoi, is a northern-style pho that captures the essence of Vietnamese flavors. Di An Di has been recognized by the Michelin guide and is located near Transmitter Park in Greenpoint. The atmosphere is airy and verdant, enhanced by beautiful skylights that create an inviting dining experience.

    Wonderful unique Viet dishes. Stands out were the spring rolls and omelette cake for starters and the turmeric dish and roasted chicken were entree stand outs. The pho was a little disappointing the broth didn’t had the fresh flavor taste I normally enjoy and the pork skewer sausage was too fatty for me. Overall - Excellent.

    Outstanding every time! Intimate setting with great chefs and amazing food. There are a few frequent (delicious) plates but always new items each time I've gone. Would highly recommend.

    What a great surprise. The sprouts Chef Training program sounds like an amazing opportunity for youth to gain experience and the Chef/restaurants a pipeline for entre level help. The resturant, staff and food was excellent. Bravo!!!
