Al J. Schneider was a true Louisville visionary who was responsible for changing the landscape of Louisville. Mr. Schneider built hotels, schools, banking institutions, office complexes and medical facilities but his greatest achievement was his family. Mr. and Mrs. Schneider had six children, grandchildren, great grandchildren. In the Schneider family Sunday dinner was a time when they could all sit around a table and be together. In homage to the Schneider family Sunday supper, we have created AL’s Table. AL’s Table serves the same dishes your family and the Schneider family had at the dining room table for Sunday supper with a Louisville twist. Many of our menu items came from Mr. Schneiders favorites provided to us from his family. Situé en face d'une rivière, le restaurant et bar à aliments crus River House est une destination de choix à Louisville. Il est géré par le chef et restaurateur primé John Varanese et peut accueillir 330 convives dans sa salle à manger principale et son bar à aliments crus, ainsi que sur sa terrasse. Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison après avoir franchi la terrasse couverte du jardin. Vous traverserez un mur d'eau de 6 mètres de haut et de 12 mètres de large avant de découvrir la décoration intimiste et la baie vitrée qui donne sur la cour arrière et la rivière. Le River House est ouvert 7 jours par semaine pour le dîner et le souper. Le menu se compose d'une cuisine régionale avec une touche du Sud et une préférence pour les fruits de mer frais. Vous pourrez notamment y déguster des huîtres grillées en demi-coquille, des côtes de bœuf braisées au barbecue et du saumon fumé aux copeaux de baril de bourbon Maker’s Mark. Le bar à aliments crus de 4,5 mètres de long propose des huîtres crues, du crabe royal et des crevettes géantes. Il est conseillé de réserver. Le River House est impatient de vous accueillir !
