Mia McCallum is from Phuket, Thailand, and is in charge of the dining experience. Isara is our main chef, also born in South Thailand. Un super moment et vraiment délicieux. Pour visiter le château de balmoral, réservez dans ce restaurant. Nourriture excellente, fraîcheur, super accueil ! Que du bonheur dans une décoration écossaise. À refaire !
