New Vida Preserve Restaurant is located in the re-imagined former Paleface Ski Mountain Lodge and now the largest resort in the Adirondacks at 2000 acres. The restaurant is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm to 9pm. Reservations are preferred, but walk-ins are always welcome.
