The historic RimRock Inn, perched on the edge of Joseph Creek Canyon in Northeast Oregon, is a feast for the senses in a laid-back Western atmosphere. With views of the dramatic canyon back drop while you dine from either inside or out, our destination Inn is a renewed take on the tradition of American scratch-made comfort food with a Western flair. We’re focused on fresh, artisanal ingredients. We use local and organic fruits and vegetables and sustainably-raised meats whenever we can. We serve one fixed entree item at dinner (check our website for the latest seasonal menu). Our bar serves a carefully selected list of craft beers and fine wines from small Pacific Northwest producers only. Scratch-made desserts and small plates are fresh & change with our whim!
