Caroline's Table is a unique farm to table restaurant in the heart of the Eastern Shore. Chef Ken Zellers sources locally grown and harvested seafood, proteins and vegetables and works magic to elevate them into a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that has been lovingly restored. It was formally the town doctors house with his office in a small adjacent building. In addition to the main restaurant, THE SIDEBAR is located in the small building and serves up more casual fare including house made sourdough pizzas, fresh soups, salads and unique charcuterie boards. Reservations are encouraged for Caroline's Table and can be made by calling/texting the restaurant directly at 410-490-4495. Please note that The Sidebar is open only seasonally and closed in the Fall/Winter months.

The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. The gastronomic, European-style shop and bistro offers handmade pastas, house-cured meats, and artisanal chocolates from top French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat. Both a pasta and wine bar, the Wardroom’s menu consists of authentic Italian pasta dishes, cheese and charcuterie plates customized for each guest, and seasonal salads and antipasto dishes. We choose Bas Rouge for every special occasion because the food and its presentation are always perfect, the staff is attentive and knowledgeable and it’s a visually stunning place. I recommend it in the highest possible terms.

The food and drinks were incredible. We had a 5:30 seating on Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was busy as soon as we got in. The Cadillac margarita was delicious and the duck empanadas were absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to go back!
