To keep you on your toes our head chef changes our evening menu regularly depending on what comes in fresh that day. Everything we offer is homemade and we source as much of the produce as we can as locally as possible. We always make sure there is a choice on the menu for Vegetarians, and we ask that when booking you let us know of any dietary requirements so we can tailor that evening’s menu appropriately.
The Black Swan Inn is a newly refurbished gastro pub situated above the bustling fishing port of Seahouses and drawing from a wealth of locally sourced ingredients. The Black Swan promises a unique and memorable dining experience. When booking, we need to make you aware that dogs are not permitted in our Restaurant area. However, your dog is more than welcome in our Orangery from 11.30am to 3pm daily and in our bar and courtyard area at any time, tables of which are non-reservable and are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Occupant un ancien couvent médiéval chargé d'histoire, fondé en 1239, le restaurant a servi de réfectoire pour les moines, ce qui en fait une des plus anciennes salles de restauration construite au Royaume-Uni.
Ce restaurant de 72 places sert un menu de style britannique classique et copieux, à base de produits de saison provenant des fermes et des marchés locaux, accompagnés d'une grande carte des vins primés. Il comporte également une salle de réception pouvant accueillir 50 personnes et un atelier pour 12 personnes proposant une large gamme de plats.
