Meander embodies relaxed indulgence. Be prepared to sit and enjoy your 3-course meal for two hours, with a fresh salad or soup to start, 3 options for your main course, and a dessert. Executive Chef Kyle J. Smith also features fresh bread and an amuse-bouche between courses. Our bar is finely curated to offer mid- to top-shelf liquors, with an interesting wine and beer list. All mixes, salts, and syrups are made in house and augmented with fresh ingredients. We look forward to welcoming you to Meander, where you savor a locally-owned, elevated experience, which showcases the flavors of our food and the warm hearts of our people.Meander is the onsite restaurant for Shortgrass Resort, and seating is limited based on resort occupancy.
