The Dancing Bear is also managed by Kristine Tarabine who has cracked the Top 100 Australian bartenders competing in Diageo's world class competition. We were a group of 7 having dinner together before a Show that night. Service was fast. We all had a variety of different dishes ie Prawn Laksa, Singapore Noodles, Prawn Thai Basil, Chicken skewers. Everyone enjoyed their meals and said they were delicious. Thanks again for an excellent night out.
