We loved the meals we got. We did the Feed Me offer for $49pp - great value. The standout dishes were the Kingfish Sashimi and the Pork Hock Hanoi Curry.

Entree’s were fantastic, the ribs were rather disappointing they were dry and chewy.

Staying at the Ibterlude so this was a logical choice being only downstairs but a little concerned over a couple of negative reviews so went into it eyes wide open. Clearly a new hotel and restaurant with a very cosy wine bar immediately adjacent. The menu was new this week and in addition to a la carte they offered a very well priced “let’s us feed you” option. From the home baked sourdough starter with cultured butter, through the heritage tomatoes and burratta, confit duck pappardelle, scotch fillet with asparagus, to the panacotta for dessert the meal was without fault and the service impeccable. I can only assume the previous negative reviews attributable to the newness of the hotel and early on teething troubles, because I cannot rate my experience highly enough. Will hopefully return soon.

The whole experience was amazing. From our greeting, the service, the food and the check out. We were not rushed, suggestions were spot on, especially with the wine (thank you) and the selections suited everyone.

We are sooo grateful to have chosen this place to celebrate our private birthday dinner. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff. The food was just extraordinary; each dish seemed to be crafted from ingredients sourced from another planet, with the ceviche being a standout favorite – it was prepared to perfection. The timing between courses was well coordinated, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. To top off an already magical evening, we received a birthday surprise that exceeded our expectations. We just hope to be back very soon.
