Inside our pretty country pub you'll find log burners, 17th century flagstone floors and a delightful glass dining room. Tim Zekki was born and raised in Cyprus but has lived and worked in the UK for 35 years. He has a passion for local and seasonal ingredients, sourcing sustainable produce and items that he forages in Somerset woodlands and along the coast. Tim’s menus reflect his travels worldwide and the food he loves. ‘My passion,’ he says, ‘is to combine simple ingredients - with some elaborate sauces - and my aim being nothing more than to delight the palate.’ In addition to the à la carte selection of sharing dishes, Tim offers a set, fixed-price multi-course menu once a month. .Local produce includes lamb and beef from Wonky Horn just outside Wiveliscombe, from the town’s local butchers, Thorne’s, and vegetables and salad sourced from nearby Wagtail Farm and Ray’s Veg at Halse.

In the heart of the East Devon countryside, surrounded by acres of farmland, you'll find the award-winning Greendale Farm Shop and it's family-friendly café & restaurant. The Greendale Farm Shop Café and Restaurant is much loved by visitors and locals alike. We offer a new extensive menu, created around many of the items sold in our shop and showcasing local produce from our farm and fishing boats. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are no problem and we have a children's menu for the little ones, too. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as tea and coffee, delicious cakes and Devon cream teas.Once you've eaten why not take a stroll along our family farm trail.
