What an excellent place for Brigg, finally a nice restaurant in the town that could fit in well in York or Leeds. Very nice place to spend the evening, excellent friendly staff, great food, and even better, they are amazing for people with food allergies and have great gluten free options. I hope it stays open, it's a gem.

Booked here following watching a performance of Calender Girls at The Blue Room. First time trying tapas. Food was delicious, tasty. Portion sizes were generous, probably didn’t need 3!! Enjoyed the bread to start. Waiter (sorry don’t remember his name) was extremely helpful and very engaging. We were seated outside, lovely evening weather wise. Atmosphere was great, not too noisy. Spacious, didn’t feel hemmed in. Will definitely be returning.

All meals were top quality. We had beef tenderloins which were cooked to perfection (medium rare was asked for). The sea bass fillets were lovely and both calzone were filled with meat. These are huge portions so be ready to be full. We also had starters. I loved my aubergine one but the mussels apparently were also good and so was the cheesey garlic bread. The desserts look gorgeous but unfortunately we were far too full to fit these in. Maybe next time we won't have the starter. We booked a table and really glad we did as it was very busy. All the staff were friendly and polite. We will definitely go back

A friend and myself had lunch at the Kingsway hotel and every course was good. The service was exemplary and the table by the window had a lovely view. Love the linen tablecloth. Recommend the flat iron steak and the prawn salad. It was faultless and we will go again soon.
