Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. Fantastic experience. The decor and atmosphere was lush. Really beautiful and up-market but didn't feel stuffy or up itself. Beautiful food. The breakfast menu was very good value. I think some items are undercharged for. Fatastic staff. So friendly, polite and attentive. My parents eat out a lot and said this was one of their new favourites. Highly recommended!

This is a unique and memorable dining experience. The food is top class, the setting is atmospheric. It is an evening of story-telling, reflection and the sensation of taste. While never being overbearing, the presentation of the meal causes us to reflect on our relationship with food and nature. A great evening that I think only The Potteries could provide.
