Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. We enjoyed a special dinner at Chateau on the Lake in honor of our 47th wedding anniversary. We were delighted with everything about the experience! The hotel where the restaurant is located as well as the restaurant itself were both beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We had a table overlooking Table Rock Lake where we were able to watch the sunset while enjoying our wine and bread service. Next, we each had a bowl of delicious cream of mushroom soup followed by delectable entrees of seared pork chops and sea bass. We capped it off by sharing a piece of pumpkin gooey butter cake for dessert. The service was excellent as well! Just a perfect place for a special dinner!

Overall, was a good experience. Food was good, but not necessarily surging to write home about. The environment was noisy, but expected. Overall a good experience. Our stalls did come out almost rare and we did have to send them back for a little more heat, but other than that all was good.
