Haven't been for a long time so decided to try it again on recommendation. The menu is reasonably priced with a good choice, the food was lovely and good value for money. The young gentleman serving us was friendly, curious and engaging. Will definitely be back and recommending to others.

Met friends at Royal Oak for evening meal. Was not disappointed , the food was excellent . All staff were friendly and very pleasant, service was a little slow but given that it was a Friday evening staff were busy and were apologetic when they brought our food - no complaints . Will definitely be back.

Been coming to this place for years. Nothing compares to it around the Wrexham area it is a special place for us. We absolutely love it 🩷

Nice dining area at the rear of the building but away from the hustle and bustle of the bar - I believe this created a better atmosphere. Food was superb; hot and very tasty. The Cask Ales were on form - great flavour and temperature. Love the service - very personable.
