Restaurants près de Brinklow Castle

Absolutely great. Great atmosphere. Felt like some posh London restaurant. The waiters couldn’t do enough for us. I asked for a floater coffee and that is usually a problem in some restaurants but not here. It was no problem at all. My friend asked for a Ploughman’s, and it wasn’t on the menu, and that was absolutely fine. All in all a really good experience. Will rush back! The toilets were lovely and clean. A very well run establishment.

Nice place to eat with lovely staff. Only issue this time was that the menu has changed (which is not the fault of The George) and has regressed several years to have much less vegetarian choice, and with overcooked vegetables on my chosen meal - a steak pie, as they no longer do the mushroom wellington or lovely vegetarian burgers that they used to. I just hope that the message gets back to the managers who decide on the menus that they've got it wrong this time as the pub and staff are great.

Lovely Sunday Lunch good choice of veg meat well cooked

Didn't serve food although this platform allowed us to book a table so that needs putting right however I didn't want to mark it down for something we didn't have as the landlord was happy for is to get fish n chips opposite and eat them outside in the garden. Decent pub

Good menu choice, quality of food was above average for this type of hotel. Meal service was very good with very pleasant and obliging staff.
