Heritage is family owned and operated by Chef Philip Pretty and sister Lauren Pretty. Our lively indoor dining room was built in 1922 as a craftsman house. Walk inside to an open kitchen, request bar seating to watch us cook over a live fire Santa Maria grill. Located in the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach on the corner of 7th & Saint Louis Ave. Heritage Restaurant uses sustainable meat & seafood, and Farmers Market produce. Growing our own produce at Heritage Farm right up the street. Certified blue, green, and maintain a zero-waste kitchen. One red and green star Michelin awarded. We serve a tasting menu only. Avec les fruits de mer il y a de quoi être passionné : la fraîcheur, la saveur, la variété et la découverte. Pour créer l'expérience ultime de fruits de mer, nous avons parcouru bien des chemins, petits et grands. Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour nous asseoir, nous avons mis nos bavoirs et avons plongé dans les saveurs des fruits de mer : les plats sans noms aux saveurs inoubliables, les montagnes d'huîtres et de palourdes fraîchement pêchées, les spécialités décrites à la main sur de vieilles ardoises, et le bouillon savoureux de toutes les combinaisons d'épices imaginables. Le plaisir de préparer et de partager les fruits de mer était simple et authentique, et il a fait ressortir le meilleur de chacun d'entre nous. Souvent, nous nous sommes sentis comme si nous avions été accueillis chez quelqu'un. Voilà ce qu'est l'esprit de Fish House King.
