BAYTE, is a modern European neighbourhood restaurant with an emphasis on local sourcing and quality produce in the seaside town of St Leonards-on-Sea. We only had a short time to enjoy a meal at Bayte which had been recommended to us but we'll definitely be back for a longer more relaxed meal. When the staff realised we only had a short time, they advised us on what to order to maximise our enjoyment. The food was delicious.

The menu and food are second to none. Fantastic, imaginative, fresh and authentic. The pork belly was the best I've ever eaten. All the spicing was balanced and delicious.

A well appointed, very calm and relaxed hotel. Staff all very polite and professional. Food was superb and reasonably priced. A lovely experience to celebrate my wife’s special birthday.
