The concept of family Molcho is that everyone is able to try a little of everything, and pots and pans are taken from the kitchen and placed directly on the table without any airs or graces. Morgens Brunch, mittags Lunch – entspannt, aber mit Anspruch. Abends dreht sich das Rad weiter. Das Licht wird wärmer, die Gläser voller. Jorge Josse, vorher Sous-Chef im 3-Sterne-Rutz, bringt sein Können auf den Teller. Keine Schnörkel, kein Chichi – einfach verdammt gutes Essen zum fairen Preis. Eine Bistroküche, die kann.
