Le Tiburon Fine Dining est tout doucement devenu l’un des premiers restaurants de l’Utah. Il est situé à l’extrémité sud de la Salt Lake Valley, au sein d’un bâtiment modeste, qui abritait anciennement un marché de fruits. Mais ne vous y trompez pas ! Le Tiburon ne vous propose pas moins qu’une cuisine américaine contemporaine, récompensée à maintes reprises. Au menu, filet de boeuf poelé avec son foie gras et sa sauce madère, thon en croûte au sésame noir avec son miel et ses carottes marinées au soja, cake aux crabes, qui est régulièrement répertorié comme le meilleur de l’état, salades qui ravissent tout le voisinage, et bien d’autres encore. Mais cela ne s’arrête pas là. L’établissement doit aussi sa réputation à son personnel qui délivre à ses clients un service irréprochable. Le restaurant est mené par une équipe qui continue de rester fidèle à ses propriétaires, depuis son ouverture en 1999. Vous vous sentirez très à l’aise dans cet environnement chaleureux et convivial. A noter que pendant la période estivale, l’établissement dispose d’une superbe terrasse aménagée. Il constitue une adresse incontournable dans toute la South Valley.
