Vicente Torres, a Michelin-starred chef in Spain, joins the Moxi team at the invitation of Mr. Bruce James, presenting a high cuisine concept with Mediterranean touches. The inspiration for Moxi's menu comes from the environment, from small producers who, for me, are artisans and a fundamental part of our team. From organic gardens, their colors, aromas. I like to define the type of cuisine as product-based, with Mediterranean touches. En esta terraza se puede disfrutar sin prisa, de un exquisito menú de desayunos con platos ricos, abundantes e indulgentes, además de opciones saludables. El chiste es despertar sin prisa, comer con calma, y darse el regalo - más raro cada vez - de estar, sin ver el teléfono ni el reloj.
