We seek to express the incredible character of Oregon through impeccable raw materials and minimal intervention in the winery. Our Dundee Tasting Room is open Wednesday-Monday from 11am-5pm.Holiday Hours: Our Tasting Room will be closed from Monday, December 23rd to Thursday, January 2nd. Well behaved children are welcome to our tasting room, we ask that they please stay in their seat during your visit. Well behaved dogs are also welcome on our tasting room patio, we ask that they stay on their leash at all times.

Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in a mix of used Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots. Spirits tastings are offered in the cottage on weekends, and in the wine tasting room daily upon request. Au cœur même de la Joel Palmer House est le champignon. La maison cherche à utiliser des ingrédients saisonniers et locaux, y compris de nombreux laitues, herbes et légumes locaux dont certains viennent du jardin culinaire particulier du restaurant. La cuisine « libre » du restaurant prend souvent son inspiration des ingrédients utilisées dans la cuisine de la France, de la Chine, de la Thaïlande, de la Pologne et de l'Inde. Les célèbres vins d'Oregon, surtout le Pinot Noir, le Pinot Gris et le Chardonnay, se marient parfaitement aux plats. La vaste carte des vins, sur laquelle figurent principalement des vins d'Oregon, a été honoré du Best of Award of Excellence par l'association Wine Spectator. Il est à noter que la Joel Palmer House est classé parmi les maisons historiques les plus élégantes d'Oregon et figure sur le National Register of Historic Places ainsi que l'Oregon Historic Register.
