Au fil des années, le chef a beaucoup voyagé à travers l'Italie, à la recherche de nouvelles idées, de recettes et de grands vins à ramener au Three Tomatoes. L'ambiance peut être détendue ou bruyante, mais toujours chaleureuse. Vous vous sentirez chez vous dans ce restaurant avec ou sans vos amis. Le chef a tenté de reproduire la chaleur d'une cuisine de trattoria avec son foyer ouvert, l'arôme des sauces qui mijotent, les viandes rôties, le poisson grillé et la pizza cuisant dans le four à bois sur mesure. Récemment revisitée, la carte des vins compte une sélection de vins qui se démarquent par leur rapport qualité/prix.
