Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.The vineyard is hand tendered by our small team using a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Since 2012 we have reduced cropping levels to ensure exceptional fruit is produced, and we have implemented more sustainable vineyard practices, such as minimising herbicide use in order to encourage soil microfauna and native grasses that harbour beneficial insects.Stop by for a tasting of our wines and enjoy a glass or two out on our beautiful lawn overlooking the vineyard.

    Oyster kilpatrick entree, the oysters had been frozen so not nice. Pork belly salad for mains, pork was thin slices like bacon.. nothing like Pork Belly pieces at all. Lovely pub but really disappointed with the food.

    Again it was a lovely experience. A beautiful day, beautiful surroundings, lovely atmosphere and excellent food cooked expertly. What we have come to expect but appreciate the consistency of quality hospitality. The Beetroot Sorbet was superb. Some experimental food is just plain weird but this was absolutely first rate in flavout, texture, colour, creaminess and a perfect contribution to the rest of the items in the Eton Mess. Well Done to all concerned.

    Before our meal we were invited to do some wine tasting which helped us in our selection of wine with our meal. We had entree and mains. The food was exquisitely presented and tasted amazing. It was clear a lot of thought went into each serve. Desserts looked amazing as they went to other tables but we just couldn’t fit any more in! Happy to recommend Immerse YV
