Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable.     We have been a number of times to the Ambassador Training Restaurant and again it didn't disappoint. We all felt that out waiter Ben had served us a few months prior and we were impressed with his increased confidence and demeanour. The food was excellent as seems usual. We will look forward to repeating our experiences at a future date. Thanks to the teachers and staff who have contributed to this excellent experience.

    My friends & I were there for dinner. The ambience was great & the drinks & food were really lovely & fresh. The portions were just right. Had the chilli crab ravioli. It was delicious. The only downside with the menu was that there was only 2 choices for dessert & no coffee. We expected good coffee for a. Italian restaurant. But the Tiramisu we had was really yummy. If we had to give a suggestion the only thing we found they could improve was on the service. The staff didn’t really pay much attention to us or clear the plates when we finished. Other than that the staff were courteous & friendly. I would definitely go back & recommend it to anyone looking for a good restaurant in the Rhodes area.

    The Spring high tea set is amazing 🤩 beautiful and tasty. Impressive for all the little details, even for the small tiny handbag shape cake, it has 2 filling inside. The texture is very smooth and it will tickle your taste buds. Staffs are friendly and attentive.

    The server who had us was fantastic! He kept coming over to make sure everything was great and it was! The recommended (non-alcoholic) jug was amazing, would go there again
