Aquacotta has two meanings - either boiling or cooked water. The name comes from an old Tuscan soup recipe I found in one of my books. Simply amazing - I keep coming back, can't stay away! Each time the food absolutely blows me away, it's so delicious but also not heavy, the service and atmosphere are so good, and I have the most amazing, memorable evening!
