While it may seem like we are a normal restaurant, The Pearl is primarily a place of learning for our culinary students. Their education is our priority and we do our best, with limited resources, to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. During a pandemic it is difficult to operate at maximum efficiency and capacity. We have very limited seating, and we need extra time to carefully prepare our kitchen and dining area for your safety. We appreciate your understanding as we try to manage our reservations and adhere to our safety requirements and guidelines.

    It was really spacious and comfortable! It was busy, I’m glad I booked the place a month ahead for 8 people. Our party had a really nice time celebrating my husband’s Birthday and my eldest daughter tying the knot! I tried the lamb for the first time and it was very tasty and good. The cost was pricey but affordable for two special occasions! The staff were really attentive and friendly. I’d definitely go back!

    This was our first time on a Wednesday to try the 50% off ribeye sizzling steak. We prefered it with the teri sauce. It was a good deal & we'd go again if we could get another OpenTable reservation.

    Another satisfying Mad Benne experience! The food and drinks are always consistent, high quality, and delicious! Our servers, Anela and Aliyah provided outstanding professional kamaʻāina customer service! The entire Mad Benne team made us feel welcomed and comfortable, like ʻohana from greeting us, showing us to our table, and taking care of us throughout our dining experience!     The food was excellent, The bread sticks were soft and chewy. The appetizers and entrees were also hot and delicious. A very enjoyable dining experience.
