Whitstran Brewing is a restaurant and brewery located in Prosser, Washington. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner seven days a week and specializes in serving American-style bar food. Mojave is a new South American and tex-mex restaurant. It has a decent indoor tropical-style dining room. The restaurant has tall artificial palm trees placed in mud pots. Its canteen-style benches and tables add value to the casual ambiance. Floor-to-ceiling curtains, printed in South American designs, separate the romantic tables from main dining room. The romantic seating area is designated for couples. Fresh roses on the tables and pictures of South American landscape enhance the indoor tropical beauty here. Mojave prepares all recipes from scratch in the craft kitchen. Bleu burger is prepared with lettuce, thick meat patty of the customer's choice and bleu cheese sauce. Chili relleno is prepared by stuffing fresh jalapenos and bell peppers. A creamy sauce made of butter, fresh cream and cheese enhances its flavors. Mojave has a good collection of South American alcoholic beverages.
