L'histoire légendaire du Diorio Restaurant a commencé au début des années 1920. L'ancien Rocco Diorio proposait une nourriture traditionnelle et de nombreux souvenirs durables pour la plupart des personnes dans les environs de Waterbury. Le restaurant a été fermé en 1980 et rouvert en 1991 après la restauration totale pour revenir à sa splendeur d'origine. La légende continue, le nouvel établissement restant fidèle à ces souvenirs attachants. Le bar en marbre d'origine, les grandes banquettes en acajou, le plafond en étain et les miroirs gravés à l'acide les plus impressionnants, montrant l'histoire de Waterbury, ont été conservés. We are The Local Sixty-Three! Our family-owned restaurant is focused on sustainable, seasonal, and local ingredients - dedicated to sourcing from nearby breweries, distilleries, farms, and mongers.Our atmosphere is relaxing, and our staff will not fail to charm you. Most of our employees have been with us since we opened, and they absolutely make this place what it is today. Superb seared Scallops over mushroom risotto. Perfectly cooked burger with fries Very good short rib marred by salty gravy, came with perfect mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts. Excellent service.

My fiancé and I go to Ucommon Grill to celebrate his birthday every year. We enjoy the staff, food and cocktails. It’s a wonderful restaurant and every time we go it just keeps getting better.

My first visit there sat at the bar. Chris makes incredible cocktails best I’ve had the food was extraordinary. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back repeatedly. Thank you for an incredible evening, Margaret.
