Welcome to DOYA! We are a modern Aegean Meze + Bar restaurant in Wynwood. Chef Erhan Kostepen (formerly of Mandolin) offers plates to share, prepared over wood and coal fire. Depuis que Michael's Genuine Food & Drink a ouvert ses portes dans le Miami Design Design au printemps 2007, les convives sont devenus adeptes et désirent sa combinaison rafraîchissante d'atmosphère décontractée et d'une bonne nourriture, un bistrot de quartier qui est la vitrine ultime pour le type de cuisine que le chef / propriétaire Michael Schwartz prépare de mieux- maison, sans prétention, délectable, avec une emphase sur les ingrédients locaux. Le restaurant est ouvert sept jours par semaine et sert le dîner, un menu pour l'après-midi, le souper et le brunch. La salle la salle à manger et la cour peuvent accueillir 100 convives, et la Bar Room, peut accueillir 16 convives supplémentaires, de plus 24 places sont disponibles dans le bar de bienvenue où les clients peuvent profiter du menu de l'après-midi incluant le bar de crudités de 15h à 17h30 du lundi au samedi. Le brunch du dimanche est le moment où les petites assiettes brillent sur un menu hebdomadaire de saveurs et de sucreries. Le restaurant est situé dans le quartier animé de Design District, le nouvel endroit de la mode de luxe à Miami.

Le chef Michael Lewis et le directeur général Steven Haigh apportent un concept jeune à Miami avec l'ouverture du KYU. Service impeccable- Menu de haut niveau: exquis et raffiné- Selection de vins remarquable. Decoration très traditionnelle de J Robouchon( Rouge et noir) un peu datée- mais reste tres agreable.

Belle soirée dans un super beau cadre pour un happy hour champagne et huîtres! Nous avons adoré! Le service était bon, le repas délicieux. La vue rend le moment encore plus magique. On recommande :)
