It took 45 mins for the food to arrive and the food was terrible, bland, undercooked in some cases and just not good in general. It was my mom’s bday so I wanted to take her somewhere nice but the food is so bad that it’s just not worth it for the lakeside dining.

Great Sunday prime rib dinner with generous portions. Lovely lakeside setting. Good value for meal quality.

This location is a great venue for ambience, layout of tables for privacy and noise. The food and service are always excellent. Recommend a reservation as it a popular and busy spot.

Excellent night. Great service….Vince is a top level waiter and engaged with the entire family. He made it a fun night. The tomahawk was amazing, and we could have swore we were in Scottsdale at a chophouse.

Absolutely delicious dinner as usual. They even spoiled us with a surprise anniversary dessert!

My experience was horrible. I had to write my displeasure directly to the Manager because not only did we eventually not eat from this place due to no service, but there were other factors that we considered needed the Managers' attention immediately if this restaurant is serious about serving every customer who enters through their doors.

I must start by saying I have never had a bad experience here, however, this time was not good. We meet friends for a nice dinner in a well established restaurant feeling confident that this was going to be a great night. Our hostess indicated we had 2 hours only for dinner, then our waitress did not come to our table for 15 minutes once we were seated. She was socializing with a single person table for a long period of time and once she was done walked past our table without acknowledging us. We actually had to flag her down to place our cocktail order. Once our drinks arrived we were encouraged to order dinner which we did and promptly received our starters. Dinner came shortly after and then once we has finished our meal the bill was placed on our table. No mention of how was your meal, or dessert. We asked for a dessert menu and our waitress said that we could not be accommodated The waitress stated that our table was required to be placed among several other tables for a large party and we had to pay up and leave. We asked if there was another table we could be seated at and she said she would ask. Please note there was only 1 table inside that had customers seated and multiple tables that were not being used for the expected large party. She came back and said yes she could move us, but by this time we all had had enough of our experience and decided to leave. I feel that if there was an overlap with tables the hostesses should have put us in an area of the restaurant that would not have interfered with the large table instead of rushing us out. Especially since the waitress was not on our table quicker. I am quite disappointed with our experience and embarrassed for our guests who were with us. There were so many better ways to approach this and make everyone’s night more enjoyable.
