Worst piece of meat I have EVER had. Couldn’t cut with the serrated steak knife! Judging by the waitress’s reaction, we weren’t the first to complain. The replacement was better BUT DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $48. !

The restaurant is more a "Family" place and less Chophouse/Winebar. The food came exactly as described in the menu, so we didn't complain, but it was very underwhelming. Tasteless and boring. We expected to pay more as it is in a national park, but the ambiance and food quality was a big disappointment. We were hoping for a more romantic, adult experience, instead we got a loud brightly lit room filled with families. Service was decent.

The food was very good but I was barely full so for the price I feel a little more food could have been on the plate. A little more potatoes and vegetables would have made it more filling. Otherwise it was a great dining experience!

It was for a special occasion (birthday) but the restaurant didn’t do anything special. My daughter got the kid’s pizza and she was sick the entire night. So not really a good experience this time.

Been here about two year’s ago and it was fantastic, however, it has gone downhill. My steak was very tough, my son said the burger he had was the worst he’s ever had. Our starter side plates were never removed, which was a bit of a pain considering the table was very small. In fact, the servers bringing the meal had to lay it all down on our table as if it was a puzzle board (because of the side plates), yet nobody thought to take those away. We waited a long time for the bill, but that didn’t bother me too much as the place has the best view compared to any other place in Waterton townsite.

I was never told by the server Taylor that my combo when replaced with soup will have an extra $4 charge.. I was to bring 11 ppl that evening but doesn’t like surprises.. we choose another eatery instead

Great service from Adrian. Professional and courteous. Food was very good but you might want to cook the cod a little more as the coating was just not done enough. . Should have more gf options on the menu. There is demand for that. Dinner outside on the patio looking at the lake. Very nice.

We were disappointed they ran out of the wine we wanted to order. My meal was the teriyaki rice bowl with chicken. I usually like this dish, but this time it wasn’t made well. The sauce was not tasty and they made the dish with way too much sauce. I would not recommend this entree. Didn’t try dessert. The ambience of the restaurant and view were nice and the service was good.
